This item comes with planter pots, but plants are not included. They can use it in passing to scratch or stretch or quickly climb up it to the top of the structure. The one at the bottom of the pole works well because it allows cats to reach the pole from the floor. The pole also has extensions on either end. One of those is an extended 50″ Cat Bridge connecting the pole to the other side of the structure. The Expedition was developed with activity in mind, but also has a few places for cats to rest. This means there are no dead ends, which helps prevent scuffles from cats getting cornered. ![]() The Expedition utilizes our Leaf Shelf Connector halfway up the sisal scratching pole so that a cat can make a full circle around the structure both clockwise and counterclockwise. Whenever we create new layouts, we pay a lot of attention to the routes that cats can take on or off of a condo. We’re really excited about this layout’s fun, unique, and very functional design. ![]() ![]() This condo is a more compact version of our Juggernaut, with a few special additions. ![]()
